Inchmoan gets its name from one of the islands on Loch Lomond and is Gaelic for "the island of the peat". Matured for 12 years in a combination of re charred American oak and refill bourbon American oak casks. Non chillfiltered and bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 750ml) TASTING NOTES Nose: Dry, smouldering peat smoke with vanilla syrup and cracked black pepper.
